“ so we had went to High Point for the first time and we had ordered sandwiches with bacon when we got home there was no bacon. I did feedback through their website and I let them know. There was no bacon immediately I was reached out to by a supervisor named Dwayne Dwayne rectified the situation and compensated us for our meal and gave us a gift card for when we come back next time, the immediate response and feedback was unexpected in a delightful surprise and made my whole evening. Highpoint really cares about its customers, and it is obvious that they’re high priority on customer satisfaction and rectifying situations where stuff is not included that is paid for With friends and family so it is well known that High Point has delicious food and good customer service and if there’s ever a problem, you let them know and they will fix it not only fix it, but they will make sure you are happy that you are a returned customer to their restaurant in their business. I highly recommend high point to young old and middle-aged people for eating sandwiches and burgers, and they also have good sodas. ”

First off let me say there was a confirmed f3 tornado earlier in the day, the original spot had no power sadly. This main city one was wide open and ready to serve. I cherish very few burger spots around the world and this is one. Even asked the servers their recommendations and they were truly honest and very helpful. The burgers are to die for and the service once again UN-MATCHED! ”
